This saves me time in the morning and I’m not hungry again at 11am because breakfast has already been digested.

But even if you do choose to eat a healthy snack before you go to work it offers benefits, if it is responsible. In fact, eating the healthy snack will give you more energy, more focus and a fitter feeling throughout the day. In terms of time saved, it can make a difference if you do something during breakfast that contributes to your personal development, such as reading the newspaper or a book of your choice. That way you still spend your time somewhat productively. Waking up and staring lifelessly at the television is something I would not recommend. This too has a negative effect on how you feel the rest of the day. For example, starting with very disturbing and negative news.

Healthy snacks for lunch

If you skip breakfast altogether you can still choose to eat a healthy snack for lunch. When this is the first thing you eat that day the above rules still apply. Even if it is not the first thing you eat that day, you will still experience the positive effects, perhaps to a lesser extent, in the hours that follow. You are what you eat, a familiar saying. I myself was never such a fan of healthy eating, especially when I was younger. Now that I am an entrepreneur I pay more attention to my healthy lifestyle and I actually notice the effects of a healthy lifestyle. I’m not saying it has to go right the first time, but I really recommend that you at least give it a try. You will then experience it for yourself!

Healthy snacks in between

In addition to healthy breakfasts and lunches, you can also have healthy snacks. Think of fruit, snack tomatoes and carrots, but also protein bars or healthy cookies filled with fiber. If you manage to teach yourself this healthy habit, you will really thank yourself for it later. If you are used to eating unhealthy snacks, it may take some getting used to.
