Google recently announced a new development within MUM technology (Multitask Unified Model) that brings new features. For example, there is a Things to Know feature. This helps visitors find answers to their questions faster.

Other new features that MUM technology brings are Refine this search and Broaden this search. These allow the user to easily zoom in on their search or search more broadly. The new technology also has an effect on videos. The technology makes it possible to recognize relevant topics in a video and add chapters.
